This company is the worst I have ever worked with. Mr Harrington was very tricky and dishonest with me in handling our return of security. STAY AWAY do research and see where his other managed properties are.....not where Id want my family. We built our own home now and had to stay short term in a rented house they were agent for. Owner was just as bad so former big name brokerage and owner had spat since owner would not keep up property to their standards.... and then owner picked up this fraudster. It has been a great experience! Dealing with a professional like Andrew makes investing in real estate an easy decision. If you are looking for a good property manager then Oakleaf Property Management is the place to call.
This comoany is awful. I hired them to rent my house out. After four months of unreturned phone calls, no communication and no tenant I canceled their services. Then the owner finally calls me and is rude. I was very disappointed. Im not really sure what the problem was. They are a very small firm and I think fairly new in the business. The good news is I did find a new company. They rented my home in less than three weeks and it has been terrific. Do your homework. Go with a reputable firm.
