Ariel came to fix my AC today at Oakleaf plantation apartments in jacksonville he arrived less than 30 minutes after my initial call and took about an hour to completely. Add a new drain to the float system in my air conditioning unit, which will prevent future callbacks. He was professional, he was polite and he was very nice.
I think our maintenance staff is amazing! I never have to wait long to get whatever I need fixed taken care of. Whenever I run into them, they are just great people and I appreciate them immensely.!
