Stopped by this charming shop in the Highlands with a last minute request for a specific flower needed for a wedding proposal on a busy holiday weekend. Met Kirk and he was so thoughtful and generous. He went out of his way to help us, somehow found the beautiful flowers we needed, and made the day extra special. We won't forget his kindness!

My order was not correct - I ordered orange roses (my wife’s favorite) over the phone only after the staff member confirmed that they could indeed get orange roses. Unfortunately they delivered a spring bouquet, which I assumed were flowers provided by the Inn we were staying at. When I called asking about the delivery, they offered no apology or offer to correct the order. I know the florist is excellent but my experience was the opposite.
