Overall a very unprofessional and unsanitary place in my opinion. From the constant giggling and laughing in hallway, to the paper on the floor used to cover the exam table. No real examination of my problem, just a quick glance and a referral to somewhere else. Didn't see a doctor, got PA instead. I'll go elsewhere for medical assistance.
Im very happy with Urgent care and the staff are very nice. Will be coming back.
Bethany Steven’s as a pediatric NP kissed my 4 week old son on the side of his head. It was his second appointment in two weeks and his eyeball was infected! Filed a complaint and she still is working! If anyone has any concerns for their child’s wellbeing, I would highly suggest to NOT see her and shame on you Oakleaf for not doing but a slap on the wrist when a medical professional under your name is kissing children knowing it is one of the many ways to get babies sick! 5 stars all around. We checked in at 1:40 PM and were already being seen by 1:50 PM — and completely out the door with a diagnosis, strep test, and prescription by 2:00 PM. They took my 9-year-old daughter’s ear pain seriously and prioritized getting her comfortable quickly. We absolutely love seeing Bethany Stevens whenever we can, but even with a different provider today, the care was still fast, compassionate, and efficient.
