Bethany Steven’s as a pediatric NP kissed my 4 week old son on the side of his head. It was his second appointment in two weeks and his eyeball was infected! Filed a complaint and she still is working! If anyone has any concerns for their child’s wellbeing, I would highly suggest to NOT see her and shame on you Oakleaf for not doing but a slap on the wrist when a medical professional under your name is kissing children knowing it is one of the many ways to get babies sick! 5 stars all around. We checked in at 1:40 PM and were already being seen by 1:50 PM — and completely out the door with a diagnosis, strep test, and prescription by 2:00 PM. They took my 9-year-old daughter’s ear pain seriously and prioritized getting her comfortable quickly. We absolutely love seeing Bethany Stevens whenever we can, but even with a different provider today, the care was still fast, compassionate, and efficient. Loved it. Did urgent care here because Marshfield said they had no one who could see me until next week. Oak Leaf got me in quickly and prescribed me antibiotics but also stayed to answer all of my questions I had regarding next steps etc...
I was in need of Urgent Care appointment. Everyone was Caring and professional. Would highly recommend going here. I waited less than 30 minutes. Had a very thorough exam and was given a prescription as needed.
First off. It took over an hour of calling to finally reach someone at this office location via phone... The lady was insanely rude when she answered. As if she was already annoyed she had to even answer the phone to begin with. highly disrespectful in my opinion.. Avoid this place if you have the option.
