Awful internal communication, causing screw ups in billing, prescriptions not being filled and staff passing blame, at times to fictional staff to avoid taking personal responsibility. Do not expect phone calls to be returned. Do not expect bills to be correct. Do not expect allergies to particular medication to be taken seriously.
Took my son to urgent care for a ear infection. Kimberly Collymore was absolutely fabulous!
The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Even more, nurse Destiny and nurse practitioner Steve were so very nice and helpful and just overall amazing people! Very grateful for them, they helped me greatly and explained everything so thoroughly! Also, there was no wait.
WARNING...I wouldnt recomend urgent care here at all as a US Army service conected veteran. Went for severe anxiety only to be shown the exit door. Dr. On duty ( Female) look like a deer staring at headlights. FYI they only offer over thr counter meds like tylenol. Not to concerned about mental health...
