You all will be thrilled to know that at night oak leaf is booming with loud, screaming, clapping children that play softball in the softball field right next to the apartments. Kiss your quiet night-time GOODBYE. Literally had to leave the apartments for peace because the constant screams were driving me crazy. Look forward to paying over 1,000$ a month for that.
I’ve lived here for a year and 6months at first it was a good place,but I haven’t been so pleased with how things are going in my building, I would like to know who can I talk to on phone or in person with a lot that I’m very disappointed in
LANDLORD Jennifer is unfortunately gone so my rating will be going down too. Now dealing with tenants that like to play loud music and NOTHING gets done about it. Back to the BS I was dealing with before. I miss Jennifer so much. Unless you want to be woken up at 4am by loud music I do not recommend this place. This current landlord allows this stuff to go on.
