I just moved here in September of last year. I have appreciated Jennifer, the lady in charge. She keeps the ship running smoothly. My 13 year old son is able to play in the field next door without any problems. There are also some other kids in the neighborhood so he is never lonely. There are sidewalks so he can ride his ripstick safely. There is even a basketball court. Quiet and conveniently located in Athens AL
Lived here almost 3 years my first 2 years didn’t have any issues with the tenants nor office management few issues with the complex raised rent every lease ; plexs at the top are not updated The BIGGEST thing was I was VERY VERY discriminated by the recent office manager(Starts with a J) !! If you have kids I wouldn’t rent here and be prepared for racism at some point !!! I cried and right now still dealing with authorities to handle how my kids and I were treated!! DO NOT RENT HERE. I moved out in December 2019, the manager Emily at the time had notice and agreed not to come after me for breaking my lease. She knew her maintenance man was coming into my apartment everyday I was gone to work for two months with no notice and he didn’t fix anything. I lived there for almost two years with a broken dishwasher and bathroom sink, plus all my blinds were broken. They only replaced them because I had curtains covering them and it’s not allowed to have curtains up with no blinds?!!!!! I moved ... read more
