Had a surgery yesterday and everyone was so very nice and attentive to my needs. I love Dr Walker he is the best! I drive an hour to see him. This is my third surgery there. Every experience has been great. If I had one complaint it would be about the registration. They should be more knowledgeable. Last week they did a urine sample on my 82 year old mother and found an infection but needed to send it in for a culture before they could subscribe the correct antibiotic. Someone dropped the ball and didn't send in for the culture. A week later my mom is still sick and now has to give another urine sample... I took it directly to the new registration and hospital lab just to be told it's at the other end of the hospital, get there and big sign saying lab has moved to where I just came from! I'm at a loss for words!
