When I called, they told me they didn’t have the services that would help me. And when I asked what the services were, they couldn’t tell me. Was given to someone else to talk to at the end of the conversation. She said probably no psychiatrist I could help me. I stated so I’m supposed to stay crazy and depressed my whole life. She said I guess so.😡
With the “compassionate care, and uncommon sense they claim, I am not feeling it at all. I had a hard time getting times and days mixed up for my appointment. I have asked them to send reminders but I don’t get any. They now scheduled me almost three weeks out. The scheduler in Elkhart is very rude and nasty. It’s like she is making me pay for missing appts. I have been on the same meds for 40 yrs. (This is all happening as I switch facilities due to a recent move). I’m not a patient here but I came in with my disabled mother, while waiting for her to come back out of the office I clearly heard staff members talking about other patients. You all should be ashamed to talk about others that way.
