What was supposed to be a two night stay turned into one night. I checked in on 15 May and checked out on the 16 May. My stay was extremely disappointing. The staff during check-in was very dismissive and nonchalant, which immediately made the experience feel unwelcoming. Once I got to the room, it was clearly not cleaned properly. There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor, along with a coffee stain on the floor beside the bed. To make matters worse, the closet door was locked and would not open at all.
