My husband has been a patient with Oaklawn Hospice for over a year.We are truly blessed to have such a professional and caring team.They truly are Angels.We are grateful beyond words.
We would like to take the opportunity to thank the staff at Oaklawn Hospice for the care given to the matriarch of our family Milly. Special thanks to Connie and Sylvia. They were particularly helpful and attentive throughout the entire time. Oaklawn has many other staff members who we know played a part in the care they provide to both patients and family. The hospice nurse my Dad inlaw had i would never go with ever again, Family wasn't satisfied at all.. Hospice Nurse Sylvia G.. as Ambulance service wasn't happy with her neither, Specially when hear hospice not wanting do their part the officers said and she didn't want even come out and fill paperwork. I don't recommend her service wasn't the greatest at all..
From the bottom of our hearts - we cannot thank Oaklawn Hospice enough for the outstanding care they provided my grandfather (and our entire family) during my grandfathers final days and beyond. From the wonderful nurses - Erin Barker, Sylvia Green and Marsha Marshall - to our phenomenal social worker, Lynn Brzycki whom extended tremendous support to each family member, we felt cared for in every aspect. Top notch care
