Very poor service. The secretary is not friendly at all. She never answers the phone or returns your calls. They lost us as a client because our virtual video link was frozen and wouldn’t connect. I asked to talk to the Dr. on the phone so I could get advice on my son’s prescription, and she said no. We would have had to pay $100 for a no show fee, or find another Dr. We chose to find another Dr! Not a very warm and caring place.
Dr sarraf only prescribes medication; he doesn’t treat the patients in any other way (these were his words). The clinic is just terrible to deal with. They NEVER actually answer the phone. The care for the patient is just non-existent. I left several urgent messages for dr. Sarraf but no one ever called me back (their vm claims calls will be returned in 2 business days). You will sit in a waiting room 1 hr past your time, but if you 10 minutes late to a virtual meeting they charge struggling single fathers 100$ just look elsewhere. I guess some drs are just greedy, they call this free healthcare. Time to lawyer up!
If I could give zero stars I would. Booked a video call appointment and never received the link to join the call. Checked every inbox including my junk mail.The secretary then said that I must pay $100 as it's considered a cancelation fee and if I don't pay it my daughter cannot see the doctor. As a mama bear I am outraged!! I am a single mom I can't afford to pay $100 for their mistake. Also my daughter for years has been dealing with mental health and other issues amd slipping through the cracks. I'm trying so hard to help... read more
Dr.Al saraf is an amazing person but you are lucky if you can reach him .Today was my 4 times calling and leaving a message and nobody call me back . POOR SERVICE
