What a beautiful display of Southern culture and the colorful past the South before it was antislavery.
Beautiful grounds. Beautiful house. The person who brought us into the home was very nice and primarily presented a short history of a black slave and his family pictures. Also , some history on construction. The information concerning rhe original owner, we had to read about in the halls and online. Would love more of a balanced history of the grounds. The good and the bad so we can learn from history. They are setting up a pride drag festival right outside the front door today... disappointed. When is the heterosexual fest... read more
