They called and canceled my daughter's ADHD assessment appointment 20 minutes prior to the appointment time. They were unable to get us back in for testing for another 2 months. I explained I really needed the testing because I am in the middle of a divorce and I need the results to help with school decisions. That this really puts me in a pickle. They were uncaring and annoyed and could not help. If I could give them negative stars I would.
This place is refusing to send my insurance the billing info despite me and my insurance calling them lots of times. Absolutely atrocious unprofessional behavior. Zero out of ten stars, avoid this place like the plague.
I was informed 1 hour before my psychiatrist appointment that they no longer take my insurance so my appointment was canceled and I had to find a new doctor and therapist. I am 47 and have been a patient at OPC since I was 13. I think someone should have informed me of this change long before 1 hour prior to my appointment! None of the recommendations for a new doctor are within an hour of where I live. I’m currently lost looking for a new place to go with very minimal help!
Go elsewhere. Between the disorganized front desk staff to repeat issues with their online booking technology, this place isn’t worth the headache.
The customer service, the woman answering the phone that we are asking for help trying to fill a prescription, seems to actively want to NOT help. We are trying to get meds, that we have been unable to get since September, and the same woman on the phone talks over us, talks in circles, and doesn't help resolve the issue. We will be taking our services to another clinic that actually cares about their clients.
