My experience with Dr. Robin McCoy and the office staff at Oakland Psychological Clinic has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I initially scheduled with this office due to them accepting my insurance plan for a full psychological evaluation and having sooner availability. However, I quickly realized that surpassing wait times of other psychological testing providers was a HUGE mistake. It is very hard to find a clinic that will work with a young child. We drove about an hour to see dr Robin. My 3 year old son really liked her and was asking to go see the doctor again the very next morning.
Dr. Matthew Johnson is an amazing psychologist. He listens to me, makes me feel heard and safe. Would recommend him!
