Dr. Qureshi is great. Billing and administration are a mess. Parents beware.
Receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. My wife tried to make a appointment and she was told our insurance was not accepted and basically hung up on.when my wife called back after re verifying that our insurance lists this clinic as in network the Receptionist got a attitude and hung up once again.untill this Receptionist is retrained or let go I recommend staying far away as possible from this clinic.

Theresa, I think she’s the office manager, is the best. She does so much to try and coordinate everything for patients. From billing discrepancies to scheduling multiple therapists she takes care of it all. I would have gave up therapy if it wasn’t for her determination in making it work for my kids and myself. The therapist are great too.
I was reluctant to reach out to Oakland after reading the negative reviews about billing and the receptionist However, I decided to call. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and gave up. There is no more impactful way to tell a new patient we don't care about you.
