I left my session feeling deeply relaxed, and I had the best night of sleep afterwards. It was exactly what my body and mind needed during pregnancy—I’ll definitely be going back!
My massage with Kristen was incredible. She was extremely knowledgeable and went over everything thoroughly before we got started. I have had numbness in my hands and before I left she even went over some positions to sleep in and how to improve my sleeping posture to help this moving forward.
