I found Kristen through word of mouth during the third trimester of my first pregnancy and wished I had discovered her sooner! Now that I am on my second pregnancy, I couldn't be happier to be seeing her regularly throughout all trimesters. Every session is adjusted to my current pains or aches and I always leave feeling amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and talented - I haven't found any prenatal massage that even comes close. I had the best experience with Kristen for a prenatal massage! She makes sure you’re comfortable and ensures you have a relaxing experience. I wish I would have seen her more throughout pregnancy, as I left feeling great. Looking forward to the next massage pre and/or postnatal!
I held off on getting a massage until I became more “uncomfortable” in pregnancy. but now that I’ve had a massage with Kristen, I regret that! I typically have a hard time relaxing during massages but she very thoughtful and thorough throughout the entire massage. My body felt so good after my prenatal massage and I slept through the night for the first time in weeks.
I love seeing Kristen. I always leave feeling refreshed and more flexible. She has everything imaginable to make you more comfortable on the table (a place for your breasts to fall into if you're breastfeeding, or pillows to keep you comfortable while pregnant). She is knowledgable, attentive, and uses the exact right amount of pressure.
This was such a wonderful, calming prenatal massage. Kristen is knowledgeable, skilled and brings such a calming presence. I really appreciated the ability to lay on my stomach vs other pre natal massages they couldn’t accommodate a pregnant belly. .
