We use Oakland for the in between needs of our home and we have been over the moon with not only the service but the education, resources and the thoroughness of the service. It is a great company and you can trust them. We had a monthly service for years which we came to find out was neglecting the needs of our home and it led to a major mice infestation. Tried calling for a quote and got no showed waste of time
Bad experience but if you want an overpriced service then he is your guy. We told him after one day to come get his traps and he still wants payment. I'm not sure but there are better companies and far cheaper, 200 for 4 traps with bait is robbery.
Tim was very friendly and provided service promptly after we contacted him. We had outdoor issues with centipedes, earwigs, and rodents. He was informative, on time, thorough, and very nice. Highly recommend him and we will utilize his services in the future as needed!
