RecommendedThe Doctor is a little “odd” and doesn’t follow sanitary handling code to the “t” but it’s obvious he is very knowledgeable. Good for the wellness of your pet and very reasonable pricing. This is the worst place to ever take your pet! I called before coming and as soon and me and my boyfriend were at the door with a sick kitten we found, Dr. Ratnoff gave us a weird look and acted like he almost didn’t want to open the door. The kitten was breathing hard and clearly it was an emergency situation. As soon as he let us in, instead of attending to the kitten right away, he had us sit in the room. I won't be going back. They did something very shady when I went to board my 2 dogs this weekend. When I called earlier in the week to schedule the boarding they told me they needed bordatella shots. They told me how much everything was going to cost and I budgeted accordingly. On Friday evening I called to confirm the appointment and they tacked on another 45.00 for each dog for an office visit because of the shots they were giving them. DR. Spencer and staff saved my dog, Lola's life last year. Even though she is with my ex now, I'm Forever grateful how he saved her life. With his fast thinking and skills in an emergency, I felt confident that Lola was going to pull through. He always showed Lola so much love, compassion and care. My favorite Christine also was there by my side last year and part of this year with such compassion for my baby girl Lola! Thank you Dr. Spencer and everyone!
