Our dog got sick, and we were coming back from a long car trip. We called the Dr. at 8:00 on a Sunday AM, and met him at 9. The doctor was very professional, and he did not do any unnecessary tests. He prescribed the medicines, and our dog got better. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Ratnoff.

Kindness and compassion! – Dear Dr. Ratnoff: Thank you for taking such good care of our little girl Grace on Saturday night.! She is doing much better and the trip home on the boat with the motion sickness meds worked wonders! Your attention to detail and making sure that the "parents" are well-Informed makes it completely understood why you have been in business since 1987! Your patience helps too! Thanks so much!! – Thanks Dr. Ratnoff for your recommendations on Fabio's new diet. Now, thanks to you, Fanio is getting all the vitamins and nutrients he needs. Fabio went from a picky eater to a happy go lucky bird. Not only is he happy and healthy, but his colors and feathers are more beautiful than others.
