Amazing customer service backed by expert expertise!
My father was referred to Oakland Orthopedic Appliance by Dr. Neil Desai, and it was the best experience we’ve ever had getting him a prosthetic! Mr. Gigi is very detailed oriented and cares about the patients he makes the prosthetics for. It’s a shame I can only give Oakland Orthopedic 5 stars. They deserve more!
I have bad feet. If y'all have followed me for a while this won't come as a surprise. Saw my orthopod and she suggested Gigi. Went to his office and was greeted promptly and kindly. Guy genuinely likes what he does and is super kind. Sat down, had my molds made and was out. This is the MO for anyone who says "sounds like you were rushed". Absolutely the best place for fitting a leg brace! They first fitted me day one in the hospital, and my leg brace was received that day. Then 3 months after hospital stay, with a different doctor, a neurologist required a different type of brace, which they sent me to a different place for a leg brace that didn't work out, so I looked up Oakland to see if they could help me, and they could. Gigi is absolutely amazing!! He was at every single doctor’s appointment tracking his progress, and came to our house to cast him for his prosthesis. He is great at what he does and we have him to thank for my dad being able to walk again
