I had what could have been a most difficult situation made much easier because of Linnette and her staff. I live in West Virginia and needed to deal with selling a property in Oakland. What a joy it was to meet Linnette and her team! Selling the home we had lived since 1987 and the home we had raised our children in was a bittersweet experience. Over the years there was alot of accumulated clutter and extensive renovation work was needed. Linnette and her crew foreman, Ignacio restored the unit to better-than-new. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Shianne and Tetiana: SOLD in 10 days for Over Asking with a 14-day Close! I have never had more energetic, creative, and "scrappy" agents as Tetiana and Shianne, and I've done 6 real estate transactions in the Bay Area- 2 as a seller.
