I've written very few negative reviews on anything but without question, this was the worst medical practice I've ever dealt with. They continued billing my mom months after payment was made. When I called in an attempt to resolve this, a recorded message indicated they had moved but then didn't allow for a message to be left. Later, when their rep called to confirm a follow-up appt for my mom, I asked if they moved and she said yes as if I should know that. First time at this office. Dr. Burns took his time and went over all of my records and concerns. He was very detailed and had good bedside manner. He told me he would give me a script for PT, and names of specialists. Check out/scheduling was ridiculous. An older woman worked with me. She was rude and impatient. When I asked for the refereals she told me to just call the number on my insurance card. She obviously doesn't have a clue how difficult it is to even reach a caseworker through medicaid insurance. Terrible, terrible practice to work with. Scheduling appointments was near impossible with a rude staff who kept you waiting, had no patience, and would not work with us at all. I was shocked just by the lack of patient care. Poorly done.
