DO NOT GO HERE!!! Like other reviewers have stated, they double charged me. During my first visit they told me there was nothing they could do, except send me elsewhere to get chest x-rays. They scheduled a follow up to review the results, which I cancelled. They still charged me for TWO visits even though I got no medical advice. That was ON TOP OF the fee they charge before being seen. I have called the billing department countless times and never gotten through. Made an appt on zoc doc. Drove 20 minutes here. Came in and asked "is this an urgent care or primary?" the rude and unwelcoming front desk girl said "both". Then i filled out the form under the impression i'd be a primary care patient as I don't like urgent cares or believe in them during business hours (if its outside of a 9-5, sure but try to avoid urgent cares all together..) she then tells me I am an urgent care patient and I said I don't have a DR in Michigan so I wanted primary, then it was this whole thing. Something has changed dramatically with this business! I had had fantastic experience here in the past but my most recent experience with my 11 year old son was horrible. My son was tested for strep and when I asked when we would get results I was told 2 days. Which conveniently coincided with the telehealth follow up visit I was told to schedule. When I cancelled the visit and asked how I could get the results of his strep test I was told the purpose of the telehealth visit was to give me his results. Billing for TWO visits... read more

FRAUD, I'm concerned about my recent visit; my insurance was billed for services I didn't receive. Basic checks like heart monitoring, ear, and mouth examinations weren't performed.
