DISHONEST:I contacted Michael *****to do my house inspection and radon testing. He inspected the house on November 7th 2018. I was quoted a certain price, which I agreed to. After the inspection, he had me pay by the square app. He had me sign the receipt on his mobile device with only the signature line visible. After signing, I said I needed a copy of my receipt. Save your money or get a different inspector. Mike walks around and distracts you while his son pretends to inspect. They write up the obvious things like holes in the walls, but don't bother to write up the important items like the improperly plumbed bathroom and water softener. We paid $1,100 for a home and pool inspection. Everything checked out a-ok according to Mike. Michael Saari and his son tried to shake me down for money for an inspection. As a realtor, we never pay for an inspection or a return visit. I just saw that Michael Saari write a Ripoff Review to defame my name on the internet for an inspection report never ordered by me. He is trying to shake me down to get payment from me when I never ordered an inspection from him as a consumer. Instead of taking me to court, he is attempting to diminish my name on the internet. I will be filing legal action against this builder.
