I went to Oakland Hills Dermatology for Botox and filler, and had such a great experience. Dr. Buatti immediately made me feel comfortable, and I’m extremely happy with my results. He really took the time to understand my needs and made the entire experience feel personalized and thorough. The MAs were wonderful as well especially John, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, such a positive experience from start to finish.
The very first time I visited Oakland Hills Dermatology greeted me with a welcoming smile. I filled out thepaperwork for a first time patient. IThe paperwork was only 2 pages long which was nice. The waiting time was about 15 minutes and when you were taken back to the room by the nurse it was about 5 minutes til the doctor came in. Money hungry dermatology center, don’t expect to go in there and get a diagnosis without them prescribing you 5+ creams and pills to fix one thing and mess up another to keep you coming back, forget that they’ll even provide you with any home remedies. This is a fancy clinic backed by the pharmaceuticals and a bunch of sponsorships from skin care brands to sell their stuff. Great place!! The staff is always so friendly and the dr.s are very knowledgeable.
