THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN BOUGHT AND SOLD SEVERAL TIMES RECENTLY BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THE MAINTENANCE ISSUES. CANT KEEP OFFICE STAFF OR MAINTENANCE WORKERS. THEY HAVE RAISED THE RENT SO THE RESIDENTS CAN PAY FOR PROPERTY UPGRADES! IM A LONG TIME RESIDENT BUT NOT FOR MUCH LONGER !
