We JUST left and I was inclined to write this review. That's how phenomenal our experience was! We were greeted by Jim who was so friendly, knowledgeable and hospitable. He let us look around and offered his undivided attention. He was so kind and relatable and made our experience so fun and special! Then, we selected a couple of items to purchase and Jeanetta assisted us. What a gem! She was so fun, friendly and caring. My kids just recently bought a Harley and when we got it off of the truck it wasn’t running right. I feared-for the worst and was ready to get the bike back on the truck and take it to their shop thinking they were going to tell us that it was our problem. We got a call from the owner apologizing and told my daughter he would have someone come pick it up and get it handled right away so that it wouldn’t inconvenience her. Omg 😲 - Excited to tell the World what a class Act they are- Thank you Oakland Harley-
