I had an appointment made MONTHS AGO to get seen from Dr. Greg Polidori and day of appointment they call me and deny me meeting with the doctor of my choice due to unexplained policy issues. The woman on the phones did not seemed trained or have very good bedside manner overall she was every rude unorganized and unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIKME AND MONEY HERE. Front desk staff is rude and incompetent. My wife specifically told them that she’d like me to accompany her. They said ‘yeah yeah we’ll first get you to the doctor.’ Completely ignored her request.
Dr. Stojanovic is one of the few doctors who actually listened to me and didn’t dismiss what I was going through.
HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO! DOCTORS ARE NEVER ON TIME OR AVAILABLE EVEN WHEN YOU MAKE APPOINTMENTS. NO COMMUNICATION, no regard for patients and what they are experiencing. HORRIBLE!
