Dr. Klein was my Dr. He was very nice. He explained the procedure. When I received an email that the results were available, I emailed his office. Dr. Klein called me back the same day with the results! The anesthesiologist introduced himself, explained what they would be doing and answered my questions. The nurses were great as well! I would definitely recommend them!
Incompetent front end staff. I attempted to get an appointment here for a colonoscopy after a test positive colon screening test. I filled out all requested paperwork that was emailed to me within an hour of receipt and sent it back. I called to followup, and was told "we don't have your info." After someone finally found it, I was told "we are missing the back of your insurance card", which I DID send. I resent it again.
