On automatic fill up for fuel oil, have not delivered since April. mother contacted them. Said could not deliver until Monday. Part of their understanding with auto fill up is if you run out because they did not deliver they will dispatch a truck and fill tank even if it is a special trip. When asked about this the person on the other end of phone line was discourteous, belligerent, loud mouthed. My mother is 75 years old and neither deserves not should have to put up with that.
