Won’t call me back, take forever with referrals, done with this office!
Very angry at Oakland Family Medicine, no communication with patients . I called 3 times, 48 hours apart, to get the name of the doctor I was being referred to for 3 large blood clots in my brain. No response. I finally called around in Portland to find where I was referred to. It took me hours. Finally found the doctor, asked if they needed any additional info. What is going on with this place? The people are great but the providers are like a revolving door. I’ve been in healthcare for 20 years and I know what that means… I’ve been a patient here for 4 years and I just received word that my 3rd provider is leaving. My husband is on his fourth provider as well in 3 years.
