What is going on with this place? The people are great but the providers are like a revolving door. I’ve been in healthcare for 20 years and I know what that means… I’ve been a patient here for 4 years and I just received word that my 3rd provider is leaving. My husband is on his fourth provider as well in 3 years.
Not very happy ben to the ER for very high blood pressure got a upcoming sergery and they are making me wait over 6 till October to see my primary care doctor and its march of 2026 surgery is on the 23rd they wont do sergery till the blood pressure drops dont put much trust in this office makes it hard to talk to them about other issues would not recommend them to any one
I am incredibly grateful and pleased that we have had the opportunity to transition our children from Waterville Pediatrics to adult medical care with this practice. The staff members are consistently courteous and professional, ensuring that they always return calls promptly. This level of attentiveness and care has made the transition much smoother and more comfortable for our family, and we feel confident in the quality of care they will continue to receive as they grow older.
