I followed Dr. Najor as well and have been a patient for over a decade. After calling to schedule an appointment, and being told she was booked up for sometime I was advised to call daily to see if there were cancelations. Today I was told after giving my information again that I would be considered a new patient and would have to schedule further out anyway. I think this is BS and the wrong answer. Staff is incredibly rude. Will not recommend.

I have followed Dr Lanore Najor to this practice and her work is excellent however the staff is not. Mainly, I have called in refferrals that "somehow" get lost or something.?? Very frustrating trying to get timely refferrals and I have had to pay out of pocket because the system does not work very well and I am a bit angry and want answers. I might have to change doctors because I am so fed up with it but I think it's problematic everywhere. The staff is friendly and helpful but they can't make a faulty system run smoothly ... read more
