We’ve been going here for 10+ years, but we finally gave it up. Both dentists are not very knowledgeable in terms of their profession when comparing to our current dentist. I ounce asked why my teeth so sensitive and Kathy Pham told me her teeth are acting the same 🤔. She didn’t explained why nor gave me an advice of what toothpaste to use and so on. Absolutely love Dr Nicole Pham! She really helped me get better at taking care of my oral health after years of neglecting my teeth. Highly recommend!
This used to be a very good office, extremely professional. Loved the dentist when here for over 15 years. HOWEVER, now the lack of professionalism from the women answering the phone is unexceptable, unprofessional and rude. I'm not sure if their attitude is racial but the dentist and the dentist assistant are absolutely wonderful! Front desk makes them look really bad!
