I have called numerous times over the last two weeks, left two voicemails, and completed a new patient intake form from their website to set up a new patient appointment. Never received a call or email back. If they can't even pick up the phone, why even consider them as a care provider?

Existing customer, cannot get them to return a phone call. Not sure what’s happening. I have left messages for six consecutive days.

So much to type for all the inconvenience I experienced trying to get services as a new patient today. First, I get an email 24 prior to my appt, advising that Oakland Dental could not verify my coverage with my insurance.. Although, I sent my appointment request with coverage details 2 weeks prior. I verify with my insurance provider, yup all my details are correct... First, there was implication to reschedule another date. No, I requested a day off work to receive care..
