Existing customer, cannot get them to return a phone call. Not sure what’s happening. I have left messages for six consecutive days.
So much to type for all the inconvenience I experienced trying to get services as a new patient today. First, I get an email 24 prior to my appt, advising that Oakland Dental could not verify my coverage with my insurance.. Although, I sent my appointment request with coverage details 2 weeks prior.
