So much to type for all the inconvenience I experienced trying to get services as a new patient today. First, I get an email 24 prior to my appt, advising that Oakland Dental could not verify my coverage with my insurance.. Although, I sent my appointment request with coverage details 2 weeks prior. Great service and very nice people
Nice place
Love this office and Dr Hsu. I cracked my tooth last year and called for an emergency appointment. They got me in immediately and were especially kind considering I am a high fear patient. She continues the same level of care and precision with every visit. I’d also be remiss if I didn’t mention Nicole at the front desk, who chats me up and calms me down and takes care of so much of my paperwork. I’m pretty high maintenance but they handle me with compassion and kindness. Highly recommend!!
