This place is scamming customers. I made an appointment and gave Oakland Dental my insurance information. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that I needed to prepay because they didn’t know how much the insurance provider would pay and I would be reimbursed after the insurance paid. I hesitantly went ahead with it since I took off from work for the appointment. I have called numerous times over the last two weeks, left two voicemails, and completed a new patient intake form from their website to set up a new patient appointment. Never received a call or email back. If they can't even pick up the phone, why even consider them as a care provider?
