talked to a lady on the phone who was very rude and not helpful whatsoever

As 1200 has multiple buildings in a very large complex, you should come at least 15 mins earlier to locate the health division. Also you should always bring your ID for entry. The staff was very nice, supportive and informative. We were happy with their service.
