Judge Kostin and her husband were accused of several accusations of unethical misconduct over the years by lawyers and judges. How either of them obtained or maintain Law licenses or are elected officials is beyond me but they’re both lawyers!
Won’t let me pay ticket online. Call and the people on the line are rude and miserable. Give me a ticket but make it virtually impossible to pay for it and then increase the price more and don’t take payments over phone for some reason. Have to drive an hour to get to this court to pay for a license plate light ticket. Ridiculous
I got sued by LVNV Funding over a decade after they claimed they took over administration of the alleged debt. I went to court dressed professionally with all my documentation requesting information about the debt only to be steamrolled and lambased by Judge Kostin who wouldn't even let me get a word out before interrupting me during the hearing and calling me a deadbeat who refuses to pay my bills. She ordered me to go into a breakout room and discuss the matter with the collections agency attorney, which I did, but refused... read more
I could say something but I’m not going too… as a saved Christian. I pray that every court staff member at 52-2 become better people!
