Sierra was super helpful in my home owners insurance buying process! Very responsive, quick, kind & helpful. definitely recommend!
I've been with Oakland for many years with relatively solid service, however, I just added more business to my account and Sierra was exceptional at every point and truly a customer advocate. In times like these, any way to save money is appreciated and she did exactly that for me. Not sure about anyone else, but it's not often when anyone tries to save a customer money. Her actions will keep me at Oakland based on her quality of service and advocacy for me. Highly recommend her as an insurance agent!

After a few years with this insurance broker followed by a switch to a new one, I can confidently say I strongly disliked my experience with this broker
