Great customer service – I needed some VERY minor touch-up paint on my car. I took it in to Oakland Auto Body, and they explained that I could spend something like $500 to get body work and paint, or I could just get it touched up for about $70, although it wouldn't exactly match (not precisely same glossiness). I decided to go with the cheap option, brought it in, they did the paint work and gave me a little bottle of the paint so I could fix future scratches myself, and they didn't charge me!
