Friendly and knowledgeable staff always willing to help me find whatever I come in there looking for. I never spent too long in the store searching for what I need because the staff is always willing to help.
These people can't manage the inventory. If you see on ace website the item is available at Oakland location, don't assume it's there. Extra star because they tried to find it
Went to this store needing several parts for attaching a Weber natural gas grill. Matt, and I believe Drew, were excellent in determining what was needed and making sure these were the correct items and all we needed. Really appreciate the outstanding, no rush assistance. Grill is up and running!! Great experience.
