I am constantly at the Ace Store in Oakland, and always find the staff to be courteous and helpful no matter how small or large a project I'm working on. I believe a lot of the credit can be given to the owner, Jim. There have been a few occasions where Jim has even offered the availability to order, and deliver, specialty items that may not be in his store at the moment but available upon request, which makes it super convenient for our employees when tools are needed.
