I've called office for 2 weeks trying to get a refill on medicine. Why its so difficult they saying they emailed Dr. Wright office but still haven't received call or anything concerning this matter.
So I've been coming here for a few years now and my current doctor, Dr. Wright is amazing. But let's talk about the rest of this place. I sent a message about testing positive for the flu. Someone calls me back we talked and she said I can come in as a walk-in. I get there to be told walk-ins are before 10:30a so shouldn't I have been told that while on the phone. Can never get in touch with the obgyn department leave voice message and never get a call back. Being going since may and it’s July and I’m still not able to get a ultrasound and I think both are very concerning I call several times no answer and I can never get a ultrasound and make me want to switch doctors
Rude. Unhelpful. Absolutely do not care.
