I could not get Chris to respond to emails nor voicemails, so my job was not assessed nor quoted on. I gave up chasing him after 6 weeks.
The Oakhaven team made a seamless and stress-free process of removing a huge fallen tree from my mom’s property after a storm. The total time from first contact to completion of tree removal was only a few days, despite it being a busy period following a storm and within the height of tree-cutting season. They were able to make a very stressful situation much easier for us and we cannot thank them enough for their superior customer service, kindness, and patience.
Called Oakhaven after a Spruce tree on our property was storm damaged, leading to dangerous situation with a large portion of the tree dangling over our yard. Chris immediately came over to assess the situation and returned the following day with his crew. They expertly removed the damage portions of the tree - massive pieces in a tight area close to our house. Highly skilled and professional team who got the job done quickly and efficiently!
Really happy with the efficiency and the prompt response and completion of work. Would definitely use them again. Thanks for such a good job.
