Been a resident since August 2023 and have had a really good experience. Move-in had minimal issues—this is an older property so I had a few requests and concerns—but Crystal was so helpful with the entire process. Will and Robert have personally handled several repairs for me as well, and Will even helped me troubleshoot my car when it broke down at one of the gates one time! The pricing of this apartment is very nice. It does come at a cost however. Since moving here around January of 2023, we immediately were greeted to a unit infested with roaches upon move in. We took photos and informed the office staff where we were told they would send pest control the following week. I had to use personal expenses to pest bomb the apt and delay move in for another day. We weren’t reimbursed for any insect or cleaning supplies needed to fix the issue. Pest control comes out every week but it does very litt... read more
I’m so happy I found Oakhampton Place! This is my first time renting an apartment, and while it initially felt overwhelming, the experience has been nothing but positive — thanks to David and the entire office team. From day one, David was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful with every question I had during the move-in process. I love this complex, it’s quiet and near the trails and David and the rest of the staff have all been helpful and nice. There are three pools and they are pet friendly! Maintenance has been quick and reliable, and it seems like they have updated a lot of units and stairs. I think it’s a good value for the rent. It is an older building and near some main roads, so don’t keep anything valuable downstairs on a patio as I had a locked up bike stolen, but they do spray for bugs regularly and will come out if you ask for them to a... read more
