my "HOA" hired this company to replace our roofs. I've lived in my unit for 2 years prior with an older roof and had no issues - now whenever it rains, water leaks and has damaged dry wall internally and discoloured part of my ceiling. They had one guy come out who said things look fine then left -- finally they sent someone 12 days ago who alleged they fixed the issue - secured some shingles and applied extra flash near the chimney and it should be good - told me i'd be hearing from someone soon about coming out to fix the ... read more
I went with Oakes Roofing because they gave me a good price. Kevon was great and answered all of my questions. The roof looks great and they also did 2 of my sheds. It was done in a day. Kevon came back to search for any nails and scraps. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely give them a call in the future if I need something else done.
They came out to give a quote. We asked a few questions about our roof and never heard back.
We had our entire roof replaced by Oaks Roofing in early spring. The new roof has been leaking ever since. The previous roof was old, but it didn’t leak! They have come out to make repairs, but the repairs have failed. We called again but they claim they cannot schedule any repairs before speaking to Gary (we’re still waiting to hear back).
