Shocker, I had the same experience as pretty much everyone else. Purchased a dishwasher from Costco, which was delivered on time. Unfortunately, more than a week later, I still have a dishwasher sitting in my living room. Oakes was a no-show for the first appointment. I scheduled a second appointment - another no-show. No call, no text, no communication whatsoever. I'm not sure why Costco continues doing business with Oakes as they are completely unprofessional. If you have a choice, go with someone else.
RecommendedOakes Plumbing was fantastic to work with. They were direct, kind, informative and did the job efficiently and quickly. They showed up just before they said they’d be here, and restored our hot water in no time. I’m so thankful for Oakes and would highly recommend them for a future project.
Dishonest people. Do not do business with them ever.
Unfinished job and poor communication. Do not pay them before they fully finish.
I bought a basic slider door from ****** and paid to have it installed which the only contractor at the time was Bob Oakes. After not hearing from him, I called and he was not responsive to phone calls, his phone voicemail was often full, and he took a few months to return my messages including after getting calls from ******. Absolute terrible experience, the worst! Never returns phone calls and doesn’t show up when promised a time also they have no clue what they are doing!! Lowe’s referred us to this company and that’s a complete embarrassment on their part! Very unprofessional company!!!

I'm a raving fan. Progressive = welcoming weekend and after hours jobs. Called them around 2pm on a Friday and they were there with a new water heater by 5pm, yesterday. #Amazing!
