We found Mr. Oakes to be both professional and fair and helped us with a trust. We would recommend him to all our friends and family.
Mr Oakes was extremely helpful in helping me establish a trust, explaining in great detail each step of setting up the trust. Very professional.
Not only did Mr. Oakes wait 15 years, he also charged a hefty fee as if he had performed his duties in an efficient manner. JUST DON’T!!
I wish I could give “zero” stars, but that wasn’t an available option! My mother passed away in 2009 and Charles was hired to handle her estate. It is September 6th, 2024 and I just received the paper work to sign and return to close it out. 15 Years later! He blamed everyone but himself for this delay. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT hire him to ever handle another legal issue that I may have!
Buyer beware.. I would give him no star at all however it's required.
