I am not happy with the new landlord that brought out Oakdale Hunter's property sucks They're not doing their job by removing snow From the main road because one ambulance Got stuck Another ambulance got stuck Just not happy with Hunter's properties I will not recommend anybody else To live at a hunter's property I am not happy with Hunter's property. I have been here for three years next month and love calling here home. It’s quiet no drama everyone lives their own lives and keeps to themselves. The office knows everyone by name when they come in and do events throughout the year for residents. Great place to call home. Simon is awesome super friendly and knowledgeable. They get back with you on issues in no time either by email text or phone call. They are on top of it. Patrick
The maintenance person had well rounded knowledge on the matter and felt like he knew what he was doing but after everything was said and done I found out the faucet handles were reversed and the AC access door was left open so basically fixed the issue which was asked for originally but had left somethings unfinished if it was his responsibility.
Michelle was great about assisting me in the leasing process and streamlining everything. The apartment was in great condition, and maintenance made sure that everything was in good working condition. The only thing more I could ask for is cheaper rent, but don’t we all? Rent is a good price.
