DO NOT RENT HERE They recently sent out numerous pushy surveys screaming "we don't like all the low reviews so here is our attempt to get better..." and ultimately it was decided they were going to resolve the extremely poor communication issues countless of us have had with management regarding issues. Ever since Hunter took over it’s gone downhill. Terrible communication, and very unreasonable. I’ve lived at another Hunter property and had a very similar miserable experience. Rent somewhere else outside of Hunter Properties.
