Actively driving patients away. Refused to discuss scheduling a cleaning. Receptionist stated that it’s up to the dentist to determine if one is needed. Ridiculous. A cleaning is regular maintenance, if I’m calling you to schedule it and paying cash, I can easily determine if I need one for myself.
My son just loves this office. We had a horrible experience at a young age and went through a few offices. We have been twice and all he can talk about is "those girls are my favorite" and "I love this office, I don't wanna go anywhere else"
I appreciate how quickly they were able to get us in for an appointment for my daughter. Friendly Staff. Great communication. My daughters first time at the dentist was a success. Highly recommend.
