I rented a 10x10 there. The facility manager "Cindy" was super helpful. Prices where much cheaper then Lock it up. I checked both websites before then rented in person. Those are the only two in Oregon that take cash. I really liked the smart lockers where I can open the gate and unit with an app on my phone. I guess I can pay in the app too but haven't been there long enough yet.
Just rented a 10x10 at Mr. Storage on Oakdale. I guess they are under new ownership but the Facility Manager, Cindy was very friendly and super helpful. I guess she has been there for a little over 20 years and stayed on with the new owners. Their prices were the cheapest in the area. I rented the unit online but had to go into the office to get the code because they are not fully automated.
Very sketchy company. NEVER called or sent letters. No certifed mail. You reap what you sow.
