Great service. I bought a spa through mattress firm and needed a company to fix my spa using my warranty. They came and inspected my spa and I needed a new pump. They worked with my warranty advisor the whole time. No issues. They installed my new pump and everything was handled great. 👍

My experience with Oakdale Hearth and Hot Tub has been one of the worst I've ever had as a consumer. I am writing this review to warn others who might be considering giving them their business. TL;DR: Do not do business with Oakdale Hearth and Hot Tub. They lack integrity and need to improve their customer service. In March 2024, we purchased a new Bullfrog hot tub through Costco.
