do not take your relatives to live here they have cook staff attending to patience both patients and employees are mistreated a patient had went into respiratory deress and the guy did not call code just let the woman choke to death these are reasons why I pulled my family out of this place

their theives, owned by a for profit corporation, that's robbing the patients money, they failed for over two years to give either my sister ( power of attorney) or myself( guardian in state of Missouri) a statement. until April of this year, now their trying to block my mother's wishes, denying this action. just beware folks,

Of the options, I chose this facility for my dad based on the fact I know the guy who runs it, and he works as hard as anyone. If they are short staffed he will even mop floors. He visits with the residents. He doesn’t put up with BS is why they probably have a big turnover. As a business owner, we know you can’t hardly find good help in this area. Dad has been there a year. You neglected my aunt which resulted in her dying today. Your staff has obviously got no compassion and poorly educated. I am a nurse if 13 years and am ashamed of the amount of neglect you all showed my family

It can't be easy taking care of so many people, I appreciate everything they do. It's easy to be critical , I am grateful they are here and the service they provide.
