Staff is rude, building reeks of garbage, insanely high fees.
Oakbrook Management is missing the Mis- before Management. Jim Koss is rude, unresponsive and combative. Oakbrook has allowed nearly 25% of the condos in our community go into delinquency and not done anything to collect on those delinquencies. We are attempting to sell our townhouse and part of the requirement is to provide buyers with a state of the association document, which Oakbrook will provide for a fee of $250. I have been harassed by Oakbrook and their attorney, Justin Cameron since 2012. I have repeatedly asked for records or proof that I owe the amount of condo fees, they say I do. I have NEVER received anything. They keep putting judgements against me. I feel it's because I have complained about the lack of maintenance to the building I live in. I have been working with Jim K Koss and his company for many years as president of my condominium. I have nothing but positive things to say about their work and how Jim is very responsive. He attends every board meeting and comes prepared with all documentation and reports. He is excellent with details and is always looking out for the best for our property. I highly recommend his company in managing various properties.
